How JYBLY works
JYBLY is a personal shopping service for people living in Morocco who want to buy from European websites. You choose, we buy in Europe and we deliver to your home.
1. Ordering
Open the website or app of a supported store (Shein, Zara, Mango, Pull&Bear, Stradivarius, Primark, H&M, Lefties or Mercadona). Copy the product link and paste it on JYBLY. We automatically read the photos, name, available sizes and price. Choose your size and add it to the cart. You can add products from several stores to the same order.
2. The price
The total includes the product price in euros, our service fee and taxes. This amount is converted to dirhams at the rate shown on the website. Delivery is calculated from your city and the estimated parcel weight. You always see the total in euros and dirhams before paying.

3. Payment
Pay by Moroccan card in dirhams (without using your international e-commerce allowance), by international card in euros, in cash at a Wafacash or Cash Plus agency, or by bank transfer. For cash and transfer you receive a reference and payment instructions.

Transfer with your order number as reference.
International card
Visa or Mastercard, charged in euros.
4. The receipt
After paying in cash or by transfer, take a photo of your receipt and upload it from your order. Our team checks it, then your order goes to purchase. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after the stated deadline.
5. Delivery
We buy your products on the store’s website, receive them at our hub in Europe and ship them to Morocco. After customs, we deliver to your address anywhere in Morocco. Allow 7 to 14 days after payment is confirmed. You receive a message at every step.
Product unavailable?
If a product is no longer available when we buy it, we tell you and refund that product, or offer a replacement.
